Bag & Luggage Repair in Cleandy Lostra
Shoe care shops deal with more than shoes. Customers often walk in carrying a damaged handbag, a broken-zipper suitcase, or a scuffed leather belt. Cleandy Lostra was built with this in mind: Bag Repair and Luggage are dedicated product categories in the system, handled exactly like shoes — same workflow, same receipt, same WhatsApp notification.
What Services Can Be Applied?
When you open a Bag or Luggage order in Cleandy, you see a service list tailored to that product:
| Service | Description |
|---|---|
| Basic Cleaning | Surface dust and dirt removal |
| Deep Cleaning | Full wash including inner lining |
| Polish | Leather conditioning and shine |
| Dyeing | Color refresh or complete color change |
| Waterproofing | Protective coating application |
| Zipper Replacement | Broken or stuck zipper replacement |
| Suede Cleaning | Specialist suede and nubuck care |
| Foot / Base Replacement | Bag feet or bottom panel renewal |

Prices are set per service; the total updates automatically as services are added. Multiple services can be selected for the same order — for example, deep cleaning plus dyeing on the same bag.
Color, Stain, and Damage Notes
Bags and luggage are typically higher-value items than shoes, so recording their condition at drop-off is critical.
When creating an order, Cleandy prompts for:
- Color (current color; target color if dyeing)
- Stain (type and location)
- Damage (broken strap, scratches, deformation, etc.)
These notes go onto the receipt. When the customer returns, there is a clear record of pre-existing damage — disputes are eliminated before they start.
WhatsApp Receipt and Customer Notifications
Once the order is saved, the customer automatically receives a WhatsApp message showing:
- Items received and services selected
- Total price
- Estimated ready date
When the item is ready, a single tap sends a "ready for pickup" notification. At handover, the receipt is already in the system; payment and delivery are completed from one screen.

All shoe categories (rain boot, dress shoe, women's shoes, sneakers, etc.) appear on the same system. Whether your shop handles only bags, only shoes, or both, Cleandy manages everything from one screen.
